This Privacy Policy explains how Privacy Screen: Anti Spy Guard ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to transparency and maintaining strict compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

1. Data Processing and Local Camera Usage

• Real-Time On-Device Camera Processing: If you enable smart/automatic anti-peep features, the App requests access to your front camera solely to detect viewing angles or presence in real time. All processing occurs locally in volatile device memory. We do not capture, record, save, store, upload, or transmit any photos, video feeds, or facial biometric data.
• No Screen Capture or Keystroke Logging: The App functions strictly as an interactive visual overlay. We never capture, record, screenshot, mirror, log, or transmit your screen contents, messages, credentials, or private app interactions.
• No Personal Identity Collection: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact books, or precise GPS location data.

2. Android System Permissions & Purpose

To deliver its core utility safely and effectively, the App requests the following permissions:

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CAMERA): Used strictly for real-time visual angle detection to trigger or adjust the privacy filter. Frame buffers are processed instantaneously in RAM and discarded immediately.
• Display Over Other Apps (android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Required to draw the adjustable privacy filter, floating control bubble, and resizable chat mask over other applications.
• Foreground Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE): Keeps the privacy filter active, responsive, and persistently anchored while you multitask between apps.
• Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Displays the persistent foreground notification required by Android to provide quick toggle controls and manage the active overlay service.
• Google Play In-App Billing (com.android.vending.BILLING): Facilitates secure purchases of premium features and subscriptions handled directly via Google Play In-App Billing. We do not store or process your credit card or financial credentials.

3. Third-Party Services & Sub-processors

We may partner with trusted third-party SDKs to support app operations, crash reporting, and monetization:

• Google Play In-App Billing: Processes subscriptions and premium purchases (Google Play Terms).
• Google AdMob / Google Play Services: Delivers personalized or non-personalized advertisements and anonymous diagnostic logs. These SDKs may collect standard non-identifying telemetry (e.g., Advertising ID, device hardware model, OS version): Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention and Security

Because real-time camera frames and screen overlay operations are executed purely on-device and never saved, there is no storage or retention of sensitive personal data. User preferences (such as opacity level, mask dimensions, and selected color themes) are stored locally in your device's private app sandbox.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not targeted toward or designed for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
