GPS Camera, developed and operated by Fly TNT Apps ("we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy details the exact permissions declared in our application, the types of data we access, how data is processed, and your rights as a user in full compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.
1. Permissions and Data We Access
To provide core photo capture, geotagging, and map integration, GPS Camera requests only the necessary permissions declared in our Android Manifest:
Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Purpose: To determine your precise and approximate GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude, and reverse-geocoded street address). Usage: Used solely while the application is in the foreground to imprint location metadata onto photos and render map markers. Handling: Location data is processed ephemerally and locally on your device in real-time. We do not track your location in the background, log travel routes, or store your location history on remote servers.
Camera (CAMERA, android.hardware.camera.any): Purpose: To enable you to take real-time photos within the App. Handling: Camera feeds and frames are processed strictly on-device. The App does not record video feeds or capture images in the background.
Legacy Storage Write Access (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE with maxSdkVersion="28"): Purpose: Used strictly on legacy devices (Android 9 / API 28 and below) to save newly created geotagged photos to your gallery. On modern Android versions (Android 10+), images are saved directly via standard system MediaStore APIs without requiring broad storage permissions. Handling: We do not request broad media read permissions (such as READ_MEDIA_IMAGES). Any photo picking from your broader device gallery is handled securely through the native Android Photo Picker.
Network Access (INTERNET): Purpose: Required to load map tiles, convert coordinates into readable street names via mapping services, and load advertisements.
2. Third-Party Services and Monetization (Ads)
GPS Camera displays advertisements to support ongoing maintenance and development. We integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) that process technical data in compliance with privacy regulations:
Google AdMob: May collect non-personally identifiable technical information, including your device's Google Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, network-derived coarse location, app interaction data, and diagnostic logs to serve contextual or personalized ads, prevent fraud, and manage ad delivery.
Mapping Services: Processes transient coordinate queries over encrypted connections to display interactive maps and reverse-geocode addresses for visual stamps.

3. Data Security & Encryption
All external network communications made by the App (such as fetching map tiles or ad requests) are transmitted securely using standard HTTPS/SSL encryption protocols to protect data in transit.
4. Data Retention, Deletion, and User Controls
Captured Photos: All photos, coordinates, and custom stamp layouts are generated and stored locally on your device. You can permanently delete them at any time via your device's native Gallery or File Manager.
Revoking Permissions: You can enable, disable, or revoke Camera and Location permissions at any time via your device settings (Settings > Apps > GPS Camera > Permissions).
Ad Personalization & Reset: You can opt out of personalized ads or reset/delete your Google Advertising ID via your device settings (Settings > Google / Privacy > Ads).
5. Children’s Privacy
GPS Camera is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Fly TNT Apps may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will take effect immediately upon publishing the revised document.
